My order is over $75. Why am I being charged shipping?

All US and Canadian orders over $75 ship free via our standard rate shipping methods.

Please note that your order total (not subtotal, but total-total) must be $75 or more for free shipping to be automatically applied by our website. If your order subtotal is $75 or more *before* applying a discount code, your order total may dip below our free shipping threshold.
