You have two options to choose from:
- Store credit - Return eligible products for store credit.
- Refund to original payment method - Return eligible products for a refund back to the credit card or PayPal account used to make your original purchase.
You'll receive instructions once your return request has been approved. Your store credit or refund will be issued when our customer service team receives your return package at the Aisle HQ. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the return is a result of our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
