How much fluid do Aisle period underwear hold?

All our period underwear are leakproof and built to hold a minimum of 4 tampons worth of fluid.

Our BASE styles hold 4 tampons worth and are best suited for light to moderate flow.

BOOST styles feature a removable absorbency Booster and can absorb 8-11 tampons worth, for moderate to heavy flow.

Aisle Thongs hold about the same amount of fluid as 1 tampon. Our thongs do not come with a booster, and are best worn for daily leaks and light flow. Pair with a cup or tampon for heavier days.
