How often do I need to change my pad?

Our pads absorb 8 times as much as a comparable disposable pad. How often you change your pad depends on you!

On heavier days, you might find that you change your Aisle pad about half as often as you would expect to change a disposable pad, and on lighter days you might wear the same pad all day. It's really about personal preference and, as with most things, you'll figure out with experience what works best for you.
